Lead Detail Panel
A section-by-section walkthrough of everything in the lead detail view.
Lead Detail Panel
When you click on a lead — from the browse table, the review queue, or your campaign leads — a detail panel opens showing everything about the property. Here's what each section contains.
Header
The top of the panel shows:
- Property address — Full street address
- Close button — Click X or press Escape to close
Action buttons
A row of quick actions:
- Add to Campaign — Add this lead to one of your campaigns
- Maps — Open the property location in Google Maps (shows street view and satellite imagery)
- PA Site — Open the county Property Appraiser page for this folio (verify data, see photos, check additional records)
- Generate Report — Order a full Property Report. See Property Report for what's in it and how the workflow runs.
- Re-process (admin only) — Request a fresh data pull for this lead. The button is visible to all users but the action is restricted to admin accounts.
Property Report
The detail panel surfaces the Generate Report button alongside any report you've already ordered for this property.
- Status indicators —
pending(queued),generating(workflow running, typically 30–120 seconds),complete(PDF ready),error(typed failure with retry guidance). - Live polling — While a report is in-flight, status auto-refreshes every 3 seconds; no need to reload.
- Download — When complete, a download link appears next to the report row. Older reports for the same property are listed too so you can compare runs over time.
- Error handling — Typed errors (Clerk down, AI service unavailable, etc.) show user-actionable messages and a suggested retry window. Payment is never captured on failure.
Triage chips
A row of above-the-fold chips summarising the most important state of the property at a glance. Two tiers:
- Deterministic chips — Always rendered when their trigger condition is met. Examples:
Lis pendens active,Tax delinquent,Absentee owner,Out-of-state owner,LLC / Trust / Institutional owner. - Report-derived chips — Only appear after a full Property Report has run for this property. Examples: overall status (
CLEAN/REVIEW/HIGH_RISK),Prior foreclosure in chain,Recurring lien-filer pattern,Unusual transfer history.
If the property is in tracking-since mode (no paid report has run yet), a banner above the chips explains that we're showing only what's flowed in via the daily feed since we started tracking, not the full historical record.
Property Summary
A plain-language paragraph synthesising the most important facts about the property — distress signals, ownership shape, encumbrance posture. The summary is grounded in the actual data; it will not invent facts.
The Property Summary only renders after a full Property Report has been generated for this lead. Before that, the panel shows "Property summary pending — lead will be analyzed soon." This is intentional: a summary written from the partial daily-feed view would falsely imply we have a complete picture.
The summary is shared verbatim with the Property Report PDF — what you see here is what shows up in the PDF.
Encumbrance Summary
Card showing aggregate counts of what's affecting title — open mortgages, active title-affecting liens, code-enforcement balances, foreclosure indicators. Also only renders after a full Property Report has been generated, for the same reason as the summary above.
Owner Information
- Owner name — As recorded with the property appraiser
- Residency badges — Absentee (purple), Resident (green), Out of State (red)
- Ownership duration — How long they've owned the property (if homestead data is available)
- Mailing address — Where the owner receives mail (may differ from property address)
Financial Overview
Split into two columns:
Values:
- Market Value, Assessed Value, Land Value, Building Value
Sales:
- Last Sale Price, Last Sale Date, Equity Estimate (with percentage)
Tax Information:
- Tax Status (color-coded badge), Amount Owed or Last Tax Bill, Escrowed status, Non-Ad Valorem fees
Exemptions:

Property Details
Physical property characteristics in a grid:
- Year Built, Bedrooms, Heated Area (sqft), Bathrooms, Lot Size (sqft), Zoning, Property Type

Each signal type has its own collapsible section. Only sections with data are shown. Signal types include:
- Building Code Violations — Individual violations with case numbers, descriptions, status, and inspector info
